  navigating conditions like OCD and hoarding. This session offers an intro
 duction to CMHA's OCD and Hoarding Services and provides clear\, foundatio
 nal information about obsessive-compulsive disorder and hoarding disorder.
  Participants will learn how these conditions can show up in daily life\, 
 explore common signs and symptoms\, and gain an overview of current eviden
 ce-based treatment approaches. The session also highlights available suppo
 rts and services that can promote well-being and improve daily functioning
 . Participants are invited to ask questions\, build understanding\, and fe
 el more confident in exploring pathways to support\, coping and recovery.\
